Monitoring and Reporting
Sidebars are not welcome here

In order to ensure that the organization remains focused and its activities geared to achieving its objectives, it develops a three year strategic plan that highlights the strategic objectives to be achieved in the medium term with clear performance indicators. The strategic plan is approved by the board of directors. Management through the Chief Executive Officer, periodically reports to the Board on the strategic plan highlighting key achievements and challenges that require Board decision-making.
The strategic plan is cascaded downwards into annual action plans which details the actual activities in their respective program areas, with clear deliverables, accountabilities, and performance measures. The monitoring and evaluation manager is responsible for spearheading development and monitoring of the three-year strategic and annual program action plans.
